Welcome to our Army Surplus shop based in Coldstream, home of the Coldstream Guards, in the beautiful Scottish Borders. We have been trading since 1995 in British and European military surplus.
As a serving soldier in the Royal Horse Artillery, based in St John’s Wood, London , followed by 6 years in the retail camping and outdoor trade, Trevor has an extensive knowledge on outdoor sporting goods, and army memorabilia and equipment.
We carry a wide range of ever changing stock. Including Gore-tex waterproof jackets and trousers, jumpers, shirts, combat trousers, Norwegian thermals, socks, camping and outdoor activity accessories. We also keep a range of boots including Para boots, Lowa boots, Meindl, cadet and British army assault boots. We have ruck sacks, sea sacks, assault vests, bergans, patrol sacks, camel backs. We have a large range of head wear, caps, woolie hats and balaclava.
In our ever growing area of Militaria we have cap badges, medals, buttons, Coldstream Guards and Kings own Scottish Borderers memorabilia. We have British uniforms from WW1 to present day, and other nation uniforms.
If you have anything you wish to sell us please contact us, we are always looking for interesting things to add to our stock.
Several hundred years ago, the basement of our shop was once used by the Coldstream Guard Officers, and we have preserved this area, called ‘The Bunker’, which is open to the public. It presently houses a display of memorabilia and equipment that would have been used in WWII Winston Churchill’s secret Bunker. We run a small air raid experience for enthusiasts, and a display celebrating a number of local heroes.
Next time you are in Coldstream, don’t forget to look us up – you will be amazed what you find! We look forward to seeing you soon.
